DELIVERY INFORMATION
Complimentary Standard Delivery on UK Orders Over £50
- Standard Delivery: Typically arrives within 2–3 working days including Saturday from dispatch via Evri or Royal Mail - £3.25.
- Non-Delivery Reporting: If you have not received your order within 30 days of dispatch, please contact our Customer Support Team promptly. Reports filed beyond this 30-day period may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

RETURNS POLICY
If you need to return an item, we offer a 28-day window for items that are unused and in original, unopened packaging. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been opened or used.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.
- Return Eligibility: We only accept returns for items purchased directly from Tottem Nails with a valid order number. Purchases from other retailers should be returned through the original place of purchase.
- Shipping Fee Non-Refundable: Original shipping costs are not refundable.
Tottem Nails reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet policy guidelines, in cases of policy abuse, or for items resent as a goodwill gesture following a reported non-receipt.
Note: For bundled products, individual items cannot be returned separately.

RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, use the Returns Form included with your package and enclose it with your items. Mark your reason for return using the codes below:
- 01– Damaged on Arrival
- 02– Faulty Product
- 03 – Changed Mind
- 04 – Incorrect Item Received
Use a tracked postal service for returns. Tottem Nails cannot process claims for returns without proof of postage.

We offer free exchanges for items that are unopened and unused, subject to availability. To arrange an exchange, follow the return process above and notify our Customer Support Team with your requested exchange details and proof of postage.
